Karlo Favis joined Kaya in February 2024, primarily focusing on investor relations and investments, with some involvement in operations and portfolio management. Before joining Kaya, he worked in Asset and Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs in the US and has held roles in research, asset management, and consumer strategy at Wharton, ATR Asset Management, and PLDT, respectively.Karlo graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Quantitative Economics, where he served as President and Captain of the Men's Club Basketball Team. He is also an alumnus of De La Salle Zobel, where he captained the UAAP Basketball team and graduated as the class of 2018 Salutatorian.
