Toby is the Investment Director for Kaya where he leads the fund's investment activities. He was previously part of other VC funds such as Wavemaker Partners and ADB Ventures as well as stints in development consulting. He was born and raised in QC, Philippines and graduated with a bachelors degree in Development Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.
